Team Mentoring

Our aim is to train and mentor within the specific context of your project.

Classroom training is typically the fastest way to learn the base skills of a new technology, but mentoring is the best way to sharpen those skills so that you can competently apply them. As mentors, we work with you to solve real problems on real projects, so that the project benefits; helping each team learn from their perspective projects, decisions, and situations.

As mentors we typically spend four to ten days a month working with your team for the duration of your first project.

Mentoring is very similar to consulting, but with a different ordering of priorities. As consultants our primary focus is to ensure the success of your project. As mentors, our primary focus is in the learning that occurs during the course of the project.

In most cases our consulting clients ask us to mentor key project personnel as well.
